Scytale is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead and oversee the sales
organization. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an
outstanding track record of success in SaaS sales. A perfect candidate will be someone who has already accelerated sales by 10X in a startup. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional reporting and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales team targets and continuously improve sales performance to generate revenues
- Be accountable for the management, measurements and continues improvement of the AE and SDR teams
- Lead by example and achieve monthly personal sales quota
- Execute and report on global sales strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and delivered by the team
- Actively contribute to establishing sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and fiscal year basis
- Must demonstrate solid listening skills and a consultative sales approach, with proven ability to identify and build relationships with C-Level executives and key decision makers
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, attention to details and generate results in a fast-paced environment
- Data analytics skills with a focus on reporting and insight generation
- Consistent growth through hands-on sales coaching
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles in a B2B company for enterprises and SMB top-of-the-funnel strategies, and high-velocity SaaS – MUST
- 2+ years of experience in sales teams management – MUST
- Experience in cybersecurity / InfoSec / compliance produces – ADVANTAGE
- Proven experience in reaching teams targets & quota in the tech industry
- Experience in CRM platform, sales pipeline, dashboards, sequences and automations
- Great with numbers: experience in managing and forecasting a sales pipeline, analyzing sales performance, and generating sales insights based on data
- Experience monitoring, appraising and disciplining members of the sales team
- Demonstrated ability to set aggressive goals and objectives, and drive a cross-functional team to achieve results
- Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills, a good business sense, and be enthusiastic in nature with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Able to accurately handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and responsive in a demanding, fun and supportive environment
