Global Account Executive (Prague CZ, Hybrid)

Scytale is expanding its European-based sales team in Prague, the Czech Republic with an Account Executive focused on large European Markets. You will lead our sales initiatives in InfoSec and compliance products, strategically driving growth and solidifying our market position. Tasked with the mission of identifying and securing new business opportunities, you will leverage your expertise in the tech ecosystem to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients. You’ll be joining a sales outfit with a unique culture and drive, and play a key role in achieving new revenue targets.


Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities across various industries and company sizes, with a focus on Scytale’s SaaS offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of accounts, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Scytale’s solutions can address them.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique benefits and features of Scytale’s software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progression of leads from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute significantly to Scytale’s revenue growth.
  • Gather market intelligence on customer needs and the competitive landscape to inform product development and innovation at Scytale.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.

Basic Requirements – Does this describe you?

  • 2-5 years of on-quota, SaaS B2B sales experience as an Account Executive (or equivalent), in a highly competitive market.
  • Hunter mentality with the innate drive to succeed.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a high-growth environment by closing new businesses.
  • Experience in sourcing your own opportunities through outbound activity in parallel to managing a large opportunity volume.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup organization environment that’s fast-evolving.
  • Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks – able to manage activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities.
  • Worked with multi-product offerings.
  • Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent English speaker. Additional European languages are beneficial.
  • Experience with key sales tech stack.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Teamwork and an ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
