Partnerships Manager

Scytale is an early-stage InfoSec startup AKA the global leader in security compliance automation. We’re based in Tel Aviv and Johannesburg, and we help SaaS companies get compliant and stay compliant with security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA, without breaking a sweat of course. 

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for developing new channels, managing long-term relationships with partners and growing the channels. Be ready to play a key role in expanding our business globally.


  • Identify relevant potential partners, evaluate the opportunity and create business connections. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our partners, and an industry expert bin security compliance
  • Be the first point of contact for potential and existing partners. Pitch our company’s value proposition and partnership programs to potential partners, channels and affiliates
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners and train existing partners through their sales process to ensure effective sales cycles
  • Maximize revenues from our referrals, resellers and technology partners, developing Go-To-Market strategy, and continually motivating partners to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior management, licensing, and influencer marketing
  • Lead generation through partnerships channels and achieving yearly quota
  • Monitor, track and measure quarterly quota targets and report to the CEO


  • 5+ years in B2B outbound partnerships, community manager or business development in the SaaS ecosystem – MUST
  • Experience with data protection, security compliance, IT Audits, or cybersecurity – ADVANTAGE
  • Experience building partnership packages and advocating for cloud ecosystem and marketplace partners
  • Monitor, track, and measure quarterly targets through CRM/PRM, and create meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Successful track record of driving strategy and revenue growth from partnership channels
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator with excellent communication and soft-skills
  • Creative, flexible, well organized and solution-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent
  • Excellent English, spoken and written
