Scytale is an early-stage InfoSec startup AKA the global leader in security compliance automation. We’re based in Tel Aviv and Johannesburg, and we help SaaS companies get compliant and stay compliant with security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA, without breaking a sweat of course.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team in our stunning Tel Aviv headquarters, situated on the top floor of the Azrieli Sarona Tower. As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with engineers and designers. It is essential that you are passionate about developing a cutting-edge product with excellent user experience. We are seeking a creative thinker with experience creating detailed product requirements and planning new innovative features. In order to be successful, you will need to understand Scytales’ strategic objectives, differentiation, and product in detail.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Work closely with engineering, clarifying requirements and ensuring delivery provides value to customers
- Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories
- Planning the features with a designer, to create the best UI & UX
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives
- Clearly articulate acceptance criteria for different use cases
- Ability to learn and master in security compliance & privacy regulations
- Managing the development sprints and following up on the processes
- Plan, measure and report on progress with personal and team targets to the Director of Product
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product – MUST
- Proven experience in planning features and overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and achieving targets
- Ability to explain complex requirements in simple terms, excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- Experienced with agile methodology, CI/CD, SDLC and relevant tech-stack
- An extensive understanding of customer needs, coupled with a passion for product management and software solutions
- Experienced in driving collaboration across multiple disciplines – Product, UX, R&D, Marketing, CS and Sales
- Experience with either complex technical product management or a background in software development
- In collaboration with the designer, lead the design process and create a superb great UX
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience in using modern prototyping tools to communicate your ideas efficiently
- Self driven and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent – MUST
- Excellent English level with excellent verbal and written skills
