Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic sales team and play a role in driving our growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales processes, identifying opportunities, assisting with demand generation strategies, and helping us improve our CRM to scale for growth. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science. Graduating with honors (Preferred)
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a sales operations or strategic planning role at a SaaS company.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with great active listening skills.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-driven, with a strong work ethic and resilience in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both strategically and tactically to approach challenges effectively.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient with computers and software tools, with experience using CRMs like Hubspot as an advantage.
- Attention To Detail: Ensure that everything is done carefully and checked for any inconsistencies.
- Numerical Skills: Strong aptitude for numbers; advanced mathematical ability is an advantage.

- Strategize & Solve: Help us develop sustainable strategies to improve our data, data management, and sales insights which will be pivotal in our growth.
- Revise & Build: Like many SaaS sales teams, our CRM is crucial to operations, keeping it clean, controlling sales activities, and assisting with maintenance projects.
- Analyze & Implement: With high-quality data, we are able to identify better actionable items on ways to improve productivity, boost sales, and identify opportunities.
- Integrate & Streamline: Our sales tools are essential for our success, ensuring that we integrate all our tools, control the data, and make all sales activities less manual.
- Pipeline Hunting: Assist us in identifying missed opportunities for sales within our existing pipeline.
- Collaborate: Partner with the entire sales team and other teams in our company to generate on-the-ground insights, streamline processes across departments, assist with ops-related tasks, and create holistic solutions.
- Report & Reflect: Track and report progress on activities, targets, and key metrics to management, refining strategies based on outcomes.
- Innovate: Develop new sales strategies by learning from personal experiences and challenges to improve outreach effectiveness.
