Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled SEO Manager to join our Marketing team and support our rapid growth.. You will lead SEO strategy, tactic, and execution, as well as AI tools and GSO practices. What You’ll Do
SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop, execute, and optimize our SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Regularly conduct keyword research to identify relevant content opportunities aligned with user intent and business goals.
- Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking, to enhance search performance.
Content Optimization & Collaboration
- Collaborate with our content team to produce SEO-friendly blog articles, landing pages, and other web content.
- Perform content audits and provide recommendations to improve existing content for better ranking and engagement.
Technical SEO
- Monitor and improve website health by fixing technical issues, including page speed, crawl errors, broken links, and mobile usability.
- Work with our developer to implement structured data, canonical tags, and other advanced SEO techniques.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly report on key metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions, translating data into actionable insights.
Competitor Analysis
- Perform regular competitive analysis to understand market trends and refine strategies to outperform competitors in search rankings.
SEO Best Practices
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Content Skills: Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Technical SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with website structure, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with content creators, developers, and other marketing team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
