Role Overview

Scytale is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Partnerships Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our partnerships team and help expand our partner ecosystem. As the first point of contact for potential strategic and channel partners, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying partnership opportunities that drive growth. If you're passionate about building meaningful business relationships and have a knack for spotting mutually beneficial opportunities, this is your chance to make an impact.

  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English; additional languages are an added advantage.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong ability to build rapport and articulate value propositions.
  • Relationship Builder: Passion for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships.
  • Work Ethic: Highly self-driven and persistent with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess partnership potential and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable with digital sales tools, CRMs (like HubSpot), and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to engage with global partners from diverse markets and backgrounds.


Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, Law, or a related field (Required). 

Graduating with honors (Preferred). 


Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Prospect: Research and identify potential channel and strategic partners to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage: Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to connect with partner decision-makers and assess mutual fit.
  • Qualify: Evaluate potential partners based on alignment with Scytale’s partnership criteria and business objectives.
  • Schedule & Support: Book and coordinate introductory calls, discovery meetings, and demos between potential partners and the Partnerships Manager.
  • CRM Management: Track all outreach, interactions, and partner data in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) to maintain clear records and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align on partner strategy.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential partners who previously expressed interest, keeping conversations alive.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and the partner ecosystem to help refine Scytale’s partner engagement strategy.
  • Report & Reflect: Share progress reports and key metrics with management, continuously optimizing outreach and engagement strategies.
