Role Overview
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our Core team, owning the quality assurance process of our platform from end to end. This role is critical in ensuring a stable, high-quality experience for our users, by combining manual and automated QA strategies in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in web application testing, both manual and automated.
- 1+ Hands-on experience with Playwright, (or Cypress).
- Experience working with databases (Relational / NoSQL)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman Likes)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Communication: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in software design principles and patterns with a motivated, self-driven approach.
- Experience in a B2B SAAS company.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience working with AWS / GCP services
- Experience working with test management tools.
- Academic excellence in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of QA processes within the Core team, ensuring high product quality across our platform.
- Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases for our web application.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.
- Track and report on test results, bugs, and QA metrics.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers toward quick turnaround on issues.
- Advocate for best QA practices, tools, and workflows to continuously improve product quality and team efficiency.
