We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled DevOps Engineer to help build our revolutionary Compliance-as-a-Service platform. You will be part of the R&D department and work on our cloud-based platform which automates IT auditing for SaaS worldwide.
The ideal candidate will bring vast experience in cloud infrastructure and automation. Both by being a constant learner who keeps updated on best practices, and new technological solutions, and both by experience.

Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
- Design, implement, and maintain Scytale’s cloud infrastructure as a robust, scalable, secure,
resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure. - Take part in architecture, design, and technological research.
- Manage the company’s Kubernetes (K8S) clusters as the core of the company infrastructure.
- Own and improve the company’s CI/CD pipelines.
- Full ownership of the company’s backups and disaster recovery plan and practices.
- Administer and maintain managed Snowflake and MongoDB databases, including their security,
costs, performance, and upgrades. - Implement monitoring and logging solutions, for improved performance, availability, and
security. - Ownership of the resiliency, security, and auditing of the system according to industry standards
and regulation requirements.
Basic Requirements – Does this describe you?
- 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer, ideally in a SAAS company
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing AWS cloud services, including: EKS, EC2, SQS, SNS,
RDS, S3, VPC, IAM - 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- 2+ hands-on experience with IaaC using Terraform
- Proficient in scripting languages – Shell Script, Python
- Self-driven, motivated, independent yet communicative & collaborative
- High English level with excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven ability to architect and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure for
SAAS companies
