Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented, driven, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Prague, CZ. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you’ll be the spark that drives new business opportunities in the DACH markets. Your role will be pivotal in growing our customer base globally through proactive outreach, research, and relationship-building, setting the stage for Account Executives to close deals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, results-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to Scytale’s growth. You’ll be working closely with our Account Executives and play a key role in Scytale’s sales engine.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Engage: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the DACH markets who could benefit from Scytale’s security compliance platform.
  • Reach Out: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn, sparking interest and establishing rapport.
  • Schedule Meetings: Book high-quality meetings and product demos, acting as the gatekeeper to engage the right stakeholders at target organizations.
  • Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring you consistently meet activity and performance targets.
  • Follow-Up: Re-engage with leads that didn’t convert, providing them with new value propositions and nudging them forward in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and hand-offs, helping them close deals efficiently.
  • Track & Report: Track your outreach efforts and provide insights to
    sales leadership on your progress, goals, and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Language Proficiency: Native German speaker or C2 level. Additionally,
    High proficiency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a strong drive for results and a can-do attitude, even in the face of rejection.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think both strategically and tactically to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges and overcome objections.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus, but not required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
  • Additional Skills: A solid grasp of numbers and analytics, along with basic math skills, is an advantage.

Education & Experience

  • Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Relations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Additional Qualifications: Graduating with honors is a bonus.
