Requirements
- Final year students (graduating 2025) with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and learning.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
We are hiring final-year graduates across the following departments:
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - JHB and CPT options: Support clients in meeting global security standards and navigating compliance frameworks.
- Customer Success Management (CSM): Help our customers succeed by building strong relationships, onboarding them effectively, and ensuring they get the most out of Scytale.
- Research & Development (R&D – Data/Software): Work on data-driven and software engineering challenges, contributing to our product innovation and AI-powered features.
- Technical Support: Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and assess top talent, while building a strong employer brand.
- Marketing: Contribute to digital campaigns, content creation, and market research to help grow Scytale’s global presence.
