Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Systems Implementor to join our dynamic Enterprise team and play a pivotal role in shaping client integrations. You will work directly with enterprise clients to assess their IT environments, design and build tailored integration plans, and ensure seamless, high-quality data connections between their systems and our platform. This role combines hands-on technical implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of enterprise systems. You’ll be instrumental in leading projects from start to finish while influencing our product direction based on real client needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ERP system implementation or systems integration.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong understanding of data management and database principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, automation, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages for integration and data handling.
- Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise information systems (ERP, CRM, GRC, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Prior experience working in a compliance or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Background in product development or technical consulting
Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise clients' IT environments and systems to design custom integration plans.
- Build robust and scalable data pipelines to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Lead full-cycle system integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the implementation process.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance the platform based on client feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through the integration journey.
