Marketing Manager

About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and support a variety of initiatives including: content creation and strategy, inter-departmental collaboration, customer marketing, website management, events and brand management.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing manager role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or tech space.
  • Proven ability to produce high volumes of engaging, high-quality work across multiple formats.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of our product, brand voice, content marketing best practices, and digital distribution channels.
  • Ability to work on a variety of different marketing responsibilities and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency with marketing systems (e.g., WordPress) 
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Additional Traits:

  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to move fast while maintaining creativity and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.


Responsibilities

Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO/GEO-optimized content.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Optimize existing content for search engines and user experience, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Go-to-market content collaboration and implementation.
  • Contribution to our Reddit strategy

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Lead inter-departmental collaboration, including marketing collateral requests from other departments, including partnerships, sales and recruitment.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Serve as a brand guardian by upholding and evolving our voice and visual identity, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our positioning, values, and commitment to quality.

Events Support:

  • Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, webinars, meetups and conferences.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and promotional materials.
  • Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Customer marketing:

  • Lead the full customer marketing process, from communicating directly with customers to implementing all relevant assets. 

Website management:

  • Project management of relevant vendors and design tasks. 
  • Manage any relevant website-related responsibilities on WordPress.
