About The Position
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the primary operational lead for marketing-related activities across the company. This role will act as the point of contact for all inter-departmental marketing needs, ensuring seamless execution of events, creation of collateral, and support for social media initiatives.
You will be responsible for coordinating projects across teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all marketing deliverables align with Scytale’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Demand Gen, and other departments, you will facilitate smooth collaboration and ensure efficient, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, or marketing operations (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).
- Proven ability to produce high volumes of engaging, high-quality work across multiple formats.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles with experience working with external creative teams and vendors.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot and Notion)
- Proven ability to manage events and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Additional Traits:
- Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to move fast while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Design experience with relevant tools, such as Adobe, Canva and Figma.

Responsibilities
1. Inter-Departmental Collaboration & Operational Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for all departments’ marketing needs, including event planning, collateral creation, and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with Demand Gen, Sales, and Partnerships teams to ensure marketing activities align with broader company goals and meet their specific requirements.
- Ensure efficient workflow between Brand, Demand Gen, and other departments, maintaining clarity on project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
2. Vendor & External Partner Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including web developers, graphic designers, and other partners.
- Provide clear design briefs and ensure that vendor outputs align with Scytale’s brand standards and quality expectations.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality marketing assets, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across all collateral.
3. Marketing Collateral Management
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and more.
- Work with the Marketing Designer to ensure all collateral is consistent with Scytale’s brand identity.
- Regularly update and refresh collateral to ensure it remains relevant and impactful for internal teams and external audiences.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support the Head of Brand by ensuring daily operational tasks are efficiently managed, allowing the Head of Brand to focus on high-level strategy.
- Act as the operational connector between Brand, Demand Gen, and other departments, ensuring all marketing activities are executed on time and to a high standard.
5. Event Coordination
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing-related events, including conferences, webinars, and industry summits.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders for event promotion and post-event lead follow-ups.
- Handle logistics for physical events, ensuring the team is well-prepared with the necessary materials and resources.
6. Content Creation & Optimization
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO/GEO-optimized content for both our resource center and landing pages.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
- Go-to-market content collaboration and implementation.
7. Videos
- Video production and editing, including webinar edits and the planning and implementation of internal videos for marketing purposes.
