Role Overview

We are expanding our European sales team in Prague, CZ, and seeking a Global Account Executive to drive growth in major European markets. In this role, you will lead sales efforts for Scytale’s InfoSec and compliance SaaS solutions, identifying and closing high-value opportunities while building lasting client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our European presence and driving significant revenue growth within a dynamic and supportive sales team.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in large European markets.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and positioning Scytale’s offerings to meet their business needs.
  • Showcase Value: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to emphasize the unique benefits of Scytale’s solutions.
  • Collaborate: Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
  • Manage Pipeline: Oversee a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Market Insights: Gather intelligence on customer needs and the competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic planning.
  • Leverage Tools: Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline activities, track progress, and provide accurate sales reporting.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2–5 years of SaaS B2B sales experience in a competitive market with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Market Knowledge: Expertise in selling into large European markets; experience in cloud security or compliance products is a strong advantage.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for sourcing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, and additional European languages are a plus.
  • Outbound Expertise: Proven success in generating leads through outbound efforts while managing a high volume of sales opportunities.
  • Process-Oriented: Highly organized with a methodical approach to managing the sales cycle and handling multiple opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales tech tools, including HubSpot CRM.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
  • Energy & Transparency: High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a transparent approach to building client relationships.
