Shir Wegman is the Vice President of Product at Scytale, bringing over 6 years of experience in product leadership and technology risk. She leads the product vision and strategy for a fast-growing compliance automation platform, focused on simplifying security and compliance for businesses globally. Prior to this role, Shir served as a Technology Risk Consultant at EY, where she specialized in risk analysis and RPA development.
With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ruppin Academic Center, Shir combines a rare blend of strategic vision with technical expertise. Having been with Scytale since its early days, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the platform from the ground up and is dedicated to building impactful, user-driven products that deliver meaningful results.
