Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant with strong hands-on experience in solution implementation, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and customer enablement.

In this role, you will serve as the technical and functional authority throughout the enterprise sales cycle, leading PoCs, supporting tier 1 sales cycles, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer sales experience. You will work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Success, to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for both sales and product, and enjoys being deeply involved in how customers actually adopt and succeed with a product- not just how it’s sold.


Requirements

What You Bring

Mandatory requirements 

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Customer-Facing roles in B2B / SaaS 
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven Hands-on experience in leading implementations and PoCs for enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across security, IT, compliance, engineering, and procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer training, workshops, or enablement sessions.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and regulatory topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams.


Preferred requirements

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, risk management, or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS)
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Analytical problem-solver comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and security tooling.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and knowledge bases or enablement tools is a plus.
  • English at mother tongue level. Additional languages - a big advantage 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, CISSP, CISA, or similar) are a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Support Key Accounts Sales Processes

  • Lead detailed discovery sessions to understand enterprise customers’ requirements and internal workflows.
  • Design and present tailored sales flows and documentation aligned with customer environments and regulatory needs.
  • Support pre-sales implementations and early onboarding phases to validate technical fit and value.
  • Act as the technical bridge between Sales and Product to ensure a smooth process.

Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

  • Own end-to-end PoC engagements, including scoping, setup, execution, success criteria, and outcomes.
  • Work hands-on with customer teams to demonstrate real-world value during PoCs.
  • Translate PoC results into clear business and technical justification for decision-makers.

Enterprise Product Demonstrations

  • Deliver customized, scenario-based demos to technical, security, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Adapt demo flows to match customer use cases, maturity levels, and industry requirements.
  • Confidently handle technical, compliance, and implementation-related questions.

Cross-Organizational Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to support field enablement, customer stories, webinars, and enterprise messaging.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product based on enterprise customer needs, PoCs, and implementations.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver training sessions to customers during PoCs, onboarding, and early adoption phases.
  • Train internal teams (Sales, SDRs, Customer Success) on product capabilities, implementation flows, and compliance concepts.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials, demo assets, and technical documentation.

Sales Enablement & Deal Support

  • Support Account Executives in enterprise deal strategy and technical validation.
  • Be the owner of  RFPs, security questionnaires, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Compliance/GRC teams, gathering and clarifying product capabilities, functionality, and scope of work to support Account Executives in prospect conversations 
  • Help accelerate deal cycles by proactively addressing technical and implementation concerns.
